August 18 (Tuesday)
Hello teacher
During the holiday HaRin came down with stomatitis
and had a fever and a sore mouth,
today she is in good condition and eating well, but
I think we need to hear the hospital’s opinion before deciding on drop-off
I’ll contact you if she is able to go🥹
Today we’ll keep her at home~~

Hello teacher, HaRin still has blisters in her mouth, so we’ll keep her at home this week
They say it is getting better haha Fortunately she is in okay condition and playing well, but
she wants to go out haha
Next week we’ll go to the hospital and let you know again!
Do I need to get a written doctor’s note? Or is it enough just to hear that she is okay to go? Thank you for your hard work today too☺️

<Parenting Partners Project Vol. 2>How Should I Say It
2026-08-19
Wonderful Eunpung parents, hello. Reading the comments parents left on 《2026 Parenting Partners Project》 Vol. 1 「I’m Really Happy You’re My Child」, we felt the parents’ warm love and heartfelt care for their children. While raising a child, there are moments when it is hard to understand the child’s heart. They cry over nothing,
get angry when things don’t go the way they want,
and keep whining or throwing tantrums. At those times, instead of looking into the child’s heart, we often try to find the reason. “Why are you crying? Is this something to cry about?”
“Why on earth are you acting like this?” Even though we know we should recognize the child’s feelings first, putting that thought into action is not easy. But Dr. Oh Eun-young says that the question ‘Why?’ is often meaningless. “Just acknowledge that the owner of the heart that felt that emotion is ‘the child’.” Acknowledging a child’s emotions does not mean you have to give them everything they want. But the child gets the experience of having their feelings understood just as they are. A child who has experienced having their feelings understood grows into a child who can express their own emotions in a healthy way and understand other people’s feelings too. 🌟 Comment Challenge 1. When was the most recent moment your child whined?
2. What was the real feeling your child wanted to say in that moment?
3. If such a moment comes again, how would you like to talk to them? Please leave your thoughts as a comment!
Even a small one-line comment is fine.
Please become parenting partners by thinking together, empathizing, and communicating.♡
