HaRin’s Daycare Notes
Week of 2025-04-14 ~ 2025-04-18
April 14 (Monday)
Our family rested at home. HaRin didn’t take medicine over the weekend
she has some phlegm when she wakes up in the morning
but cough and runny nose are now gone ~^^
So I didn’t send medicine today. Lately HaRin’s bottom teeth are coming in, maybe because of that
all weekend her nap refusal was really bad..
On Saturday she didn’t sleep at all in the morning, then got irritated in the afternoon.. when I thought she had barely fallen asleep, she didn’t sleep long
and woke up crying ~~
On Sunday I managed to put her down in the baby carrier,
but she still slept less than at daycare nap time.
I had a tough time haha
By any chance does she fall asleep well when you put her down at daycare? 🥲
I’m curious if there’s a sleep ritual. Also HaRin won’t be coming on Wed/Thu/Fri — please note. I’ll bring the blanket set again on Tuesday.
My parents’ home is in Tongyeong so we’re going together for the first time ~☺️ Also one of HaRin’s friend’s bibs came along
so I washed it together and am sending it haha

In the morning scene where rain still hadn’t dried, our cute HaRin greeted friends and teachers with kind smiles and laughter, opening the new week 🥰
But maybe she was tired from the weekend’s lingering effects — today she got sleepy early so I put her down and she slept deeply and woke up.
But maybe she pooped while sleeping, because when I opened the diaper to change her I was surprised to find poop 😅
Maybe because she slept warm in her poop state, a rash appeared around her anus 😢
I washed her right away and applied Bepanthen ointment. Fortunately HaRin seemed not to be in pain and played well.
(I felt so sorry that I kept checking the diaper and changing it every time she peed, applying ointment.
I’m so so sorry 😭)

I bathed her and applied Bepanthen diligently ~
It didn’t last long before either, but I think we need to watch carefully 🥹 As soon as she came home she was very tired and
fell asleep earlier than usual.
She drank formula well twice ☺️

The appointment didn’t go through 🤣
Our cute HaRin today too shared laughter with friends and touched and explored her favorite playthings freely, learning the fun of playing with toys — it filled HaRin’s happy day.
And today fortunately her condition was very good and she ate her baby food deliciously 😊
Her poop also returned to normal ~^^
The rash seems to have gotten much better but it’s still slightly red so I applied Bepanthen ointment every diaper change. *We have plenty of gauze towels so you don’t need to send them anymore. I’ll message when needed ~☺️

Mother ~~ Hello 😄
Today without HaRin it feels so empty 🥲
I heard she’s going to visit Grandma’s home.
Grandma and Grandpa must have been very surprised seeing how much our cute HaRin has grown ~😊
Mother ~ have lots of good and happy time at your parents’ home, see you Monday 🥰 *The daycare pillow may have gone along in HaRin’s blanket bag. The teacher thought it was HaRin’s and put it in haha
Please send it back in the blanket bag on Monday 🤭

Mother, the beef in today’s baby food seems to have chunks that are too thick. While eating she sometimes seems to choke and coughs.

Oh dear, why did that happen ~~

When I put HaRin down, if I gently scratch as if sweeping her hair back, she closes her eyes and immediately drops off to sleep haha
Was it teething that caused the sleep refusal? 😅
