HaRin’s Daycare Notes
Week of 2025-03-24 ~ 2025-03-28
March 24 (Monday)
and she barely ate any baby food ~
Mealtimes were a bit later than usual but on Sunday she didn’t eat at all to a strange degree,
so I wondered if the rice cube I newly made on Saturday got a bit burnt and tasted like crusty rice — anyway I’m remaking it and sending it 😭 Nothing else has changed.
Or sometimes when she’s sick or teething she doesn’t eat much, but I don’t know the exact reason 🥲
Please see if she eats well today.
When she doesn’t want formula she doesn’t drink any at all 😢
Lately she eats well when it’s a bit warm haha so I’m sending the formula water at a slightly higher temperature.

The cozy weekend — did you have warm time with family? Now on a morning when the sunlight pouring through the window has become much softer, just like buds raising their heads, our HaRin welcomed the start of the week with a bright smiling face 🥰 You must have been a bit worried and upset that our cute HaRin didn’t eat well over the weekend.
Fortunately at the daycare she ate both baby food and formula very very well.
As the baby food chunks got bigger she mouths-them around longer so eating time got a bit longer, but she slowly finished it all ~^^
(But she doesn’t open her mouth wide ah~~~ ah~~~ like before haha) She also drank almost all of the pre-nap formula and slept deeply 🥰 HaRin’s nose turned back to clear mucus and kept running 😢
Every time I wiped her nose she cried saying she didn’t like it, I felt sorry 😅
Lately the temperature difference between day and night is big and the fine dust is so bad, so maybe that’s why the nose cold isn’t healing fast. Father and Mother, please be careful of colds and respiratory illnesses 😊 *Her condition was a bit off but she did well ^^

March 25 (Tuesday)
I was worried about what to do if she didn’t eat,
but I’m relieved she finished it all haha
HaRin seems sensitive to chunk size. Last time when I made smaller chunks saying she was 8 months, she immediately didn’t want to eat — this time something must have been not to her liking too.
I’ll have to wait for her to adapt and open her mouth wide ah~ again like a baby bird 😭 Looking at her today her nose was bad..
It seemed stuffy so I sprayed some saline and it ran continuously 😢 Also we went over to a house we visit often,
but maybe the older siblings who tried to play with HaRin felt overwhelming — she seems to be getting shy a bit haha, she went whaa and looked for mom haha. At the daycare, what’s her reaction when she’s with friends and older siblings?? 🧐
Lately HaRin seems to change so quickly haha
It feels like sides I don’t know are appearing too, so this is a curious evening.

Hello Mother
At the daycare the older siblings haven’t come close and tried to touch her — when they play around her she just watches as if exploring haha
Maybe she’s about to start getting shy with strangers ~~~^^
Yesterday she stretched one leg back, then corrected back to sitting position. Day by day, HaRin is growing differently ~^^
Saliva and snot kept dripping continuously.
Maybe the cold is getting worse, today her condition was off and she kept fussing in the middle of play 😢
Still, fortunately she ate baby food and formula well. (She didn’t drink much of the morning formula)
After pickup today please check on her cold and it’d be good to take her to the hospital. A friend born in January seems to view HaRin like a baby —
sometimes comes over and tries to nuzzle her face haha
Today too she gently put her forehead against HaRin and tried to hug, and our HaRin didn’t have a rejecting reaction ☺️

March 26 (Wednesday)
When she lies down her nose gets stuffy and there’s so much mucus 😭😭
I started giving medicine in the evening.
It seems she’s not sleeping well 😢
I filled out the medication request form. Please give it after 1 o’clock ☺️ At home when I keep her sitting haha she keeps going to her tummy. The speed of going to her tummy has gotten quite fast now!! Sometimes she can’t do it a few times and screams whaaa, but her voice is loud… hahaha
And HaRin is shouting da-da-da-da enthusiastically hahaha
She used to babble both daddy and mommy together, but now she’s not doing mommy 😂
Mommy is secretly sad 🥲 haha Today she might be a bit sleepy from the medicine.
I hope her symptoms get better 😢

When I checked at work her eyes looked a bit red, but fortunately there was no eye discharge and her eyes seemed better.
Her nose was very bad.

Also this morning her right eye had bad eye discharge ~ At drop-off she cried a bit while having her nose suctioned so it looked a bit red, please see if it gets better!
And today because her nose is bad and stuffed up, she couldn’t eat all her baby food and left some. (She finished the formula.) Also today she pooped three times before her nap, and the last poop was slightly loose with a sour smell. Please watch after pickup whether it’s because of the medicine. These days HaRin sits and plays, then rotates and slightly moves haha. And when I open my palm ✋️ and bring it in front of her, she watches my palm for a moment then claps my palm with her little fern hands ~😊 Her condition got a bit better than yesterday, but her nose is still bad 😢

It was similar to the morning so I went to the hospital 😢 They even gave eye drops 😢 They said it often comes together because of colds 😢 Thank you for caring, have a happy evening ^^

HaRin’s eye discharge got worse, right? 😭
During the day playing there was none at all… I was shocked when I saw her face after waking up. It seems conjunctivitis really did come 😢 *The snacks you sent, the teachers and I enjoyed deliciously.

Mother, when HaRin woke up from sleep her right eye is bloodshot and there’s yellowish eye discharge 😢
March 27 (Thursday)
eye discharge formed under her eyes 😭
They gave additional eye drops — just one or two drops is enough. I quickly put it in when she was looking the other way
and she fussed a bit and that was it 😢 haha
The mucus clearly seems to be a lot and gurgling, but when I try to suction her nose not much comes out 😢 Then when it flows it keeps streaming… her nose is really bad. For now they said to take the medicine like this and if it doesn’t get better to come again. In the evening she also had loose and slightly
sour-smelling? stool like the teacher mentioned. They said it’s not because of the medicine but if it continues tomorrow to come again. The smell was a bit similar to stool from the pre-baby-food period!
I’m worried she needs to get better soon.

I can leave work a bit early ~

Our HaRin’s condition was really bad today.
She took a deep one-hour nap ~~ and was fine through eating baby food, but as she finished the baby food she started fussing fussing ~ and kept crying and being fussy 😭 So I sang and played her favorite Butterfly song! She’d stop for a moment! but then kept crying again, my heart was heavy and I felt at a loss haha;;
When she’s angry she doesn’t take the pacifier and keeps spitting it out 🤣
Thinking too much crying isn’t good ~ I held her up, soothed her, gave her snacks and lifted her mood — fortunately tears stopped! and she observed the older class’s sensory play class, touched and explored music toys, and her mood seems to have lifted a bit hahaha 🥰 *The lamp I put in the bag is the March nature-ecology teaching aid.
Please have Mom do the spring sticker decorating instead of HaRin ~🥰

Then she got really sleepy, the nap was a bit restless but she slept about an hour and a half ~
She left a bit of the afternoon baby food 🥲
She drank the formula well.
Mucus seems to have decreased a lot but
she seems to get stuffed up when sleeping.
I think we need to watch her while taking medicine today too ~
